grey areas is a folio of twenty six embossed digital prints, which explore the ‘grey areas’ of identity, belonging, and how labels can change depending on who you are, what your perspective is and where you stand. The piece consists of series of prints within the series, exploring these themes – for example, one person could be a colonizer, a civilizer, an oppressor, depending on one's perspective. This unbound book allows the pages to shift in relation to each other, making for a series of different relationships and questions to unfold.
